I’m Stacy Frankovitz, founder of wellmagine. I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Professional Food Addiction Coach (PFAC). I help high achievers recharge their energy, restore their well-being, and create meaningful, sustainable change that fits into their real life, not on top of it.

Why am I doing this?

My Story

For over 20 years, I have worked in biotechnology, helping to develop medicines for serious health conditions. High-stakes meetings, tight deadlines, travel, and long hours made stress a constant companion. Even when I took time off, my mind would not rest. Headaches, insomnia, anxiety, and stress eating were at an all-time high. Watching colleagues experiencing burnout inspired me to find better ways to cope and help others do the same.

My passion for health led me to earn degrees in Biology and a Master's of Public Health (MPH). But coaching did not begin in a classroom; it began with my own burnout. I was running on caffeine and chocolate to keep going, stuck in survival mode and pushing through exhaustion.

That wake-up call shifted everything. While my biotech work supports medicine’s reactive side, I became equally passionate about prevention.

This journey led me to advanced training in health coaching and food addiction recovery. It gave me tools to support others in a way that is both compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practices.

Today, I balance my career in biotech with coaching high achievers to reconnect with their bodies, calm their nervous systems, and make lasting changes that support long-term health without guilt.
