About Stacy
You’re used to keeping it all together.
At work, it’s travel, presentations, meetings, working long hours, and back-to-back deadlines.
At home, it’s managing schedules, taking care of others, and trying to hold onto some sense of balance.
You’ve built a successful life. But lately, it’s come at a cost.
If you’ve been feeling burned out, anxious, or stuck in cycles like stress-related eating, I want you to know you're not alone and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I’m Stacy Frankovitz, founder of wellmagine. I’m a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Professional Food Addiction Coach (PFAC). I help high-achievers recharge their energy, restore their well-being, and create meaningful, sustainable change that fits into their real life, not on top of it.
Why am I doing this?
Because 5 years ago, I was you.
My Story
For over 20 years, I have worked in biotechnology supporting the development and delivery of safe, effective medicines for patients with serious and life-threatening conditions. My work often involves high-stakes meetings, presentations, tight deadlines, and long work hours. Add in personal responsibilities and occasional travel, and it’s easy to understand how stress builds up.
Finding the right time to take a vacation felt nearly impossible, and when I finally managed to step away, I couldn’t turn my mind off. I always felt like I was returning to an even bigger pile of work plus emails, making it impossible to rest or recharge truly. The constant headaches, insomnia, anxiety, digestive issues, and stress-eating were at an all-time high. Seeing my colleagues go through burnout inspired me to find better ways to cope and help others dealing with the same challenges.
I’ve always been interested in health, which led me to earn degrees in Biology and a Master’s in Public Health. But my path to health coaching started with a personal struggle. My energy was low, my stress was high, and I had daily headaches. I found myself relying on chocolate and caffeine just to get through the day. I realized I could not keep living in overdrive or wait until I hit DEFCON 5.
That wake-up call shifted my perspective. While my work in biotech supports the reactive side of medicine by helping people once health issues arise, I became just as passionate about the proactive side. I started experimenting with ways to reduce my own chronic stress and became deeply curious about finding ways to maintain wellness before problems arise. Over time, that curiosity grew into a commitment to protecting health from the inside out.
That personal journey led me to train as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Professional Food Addiction Coach.
Today, I continue my work in biotech while also supporting high achievers through coaching. I help them reconnect with their body, calm their nervous system, and make lasting changes that support long-term health without the guilt.
