About Stacy

You’re used to keeping it all together. Now you’re doing it on your own.
Your time. Your decisions. Your home. Your next steps.

It might feel unfamiliar right now, like you’re still finding your footing.

But here’s what’s also true: this is your life, fully yours.

A chance to rediscover who you are, to build friendships that actually fill you up, and to create a life that feels like yours when you walk through the door.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I’m Stacy Frankovitz, founder of wellmagine, and a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).

I help women who are newly single, divorced, or living solo stop carrying everything alone and step into a life that finally feels like home.

Why am I doing this?

Because 5 years ago, I was you.

My Story

During my marriage, I handled everything. But I also carried a perceived safety net, believing that if something truly fell apart, someone else would be there.

Looking back, I realized that while I thought I needed that safety net, I had the confidence to stand on my own all along.

When I finally left, I found the peace I had been longing for, but I wasn't fully prepared for the freedom that came with it.

What surprised me most was how quickly support faded. Life moved on, and I was left to figure things out on my own. I found myself second-guessing decisions, overthinking everything, and wondering if I was doing it "right."

But there was something else.

Space.

Space to rediscover who I was, to decide what I actually wanted, to build a life that reflected me instead of the life I thought I was supposed to have.

Over time, I realized something I never expected. I was far stronger than I had given myself credit for. I stopped seeing independence as something to simply manage. It became something I could enjoy. I built meaningful friendships, trusted my own decisions again, and discovered that this next chapter could feel lighter than I ever imagined.

That's why I do this work today.

I help divorced and newly independent women move from simply adjusting to life on their own to embracing the opportunities that come with independence. Through coaching, workshops, and community, I help women build confidence, create meaningful connections, and discover that life after divorce isn't just about getting through it. It can become one of the most fulfilling chapters of their lives.

My Approach

I believe independence should feel lighter, not like carrying the weight of everything alone.

This is your time to reconnect with yourself, get clear on what you want, and create a life that feels calmer, more grounded, and more like your own.

My coaching is practical, supportive, and grounded in who you actually are. Together, we focus on:

  • What you truly want from this next chapter of your life

  • Building confidence in your decisions and yourself

  • Small, realistic shifts that help life feel lighter and more manageable

  • Finding your footing and feeling at home in your life again

Let’s build the life you can wellmagine

If you're ready for life on your own to feel really good, I'm here. Together, we'll get you there.
