FAQs

  • Health coaching is a partnership where I help you tap into the skills and strengths you already have to make lasting lifestyle changes. Instead of telling you what to do, I guide you to discover your own answers because you know your health best. This process helps you build healthy habits, handle the emotional side of change, and feel confident taking charge of your health goals.

  • A health coach focuses on the present and future, helping you figure out how to move forward with health-related goals by supporting sustainable lifestyle changes. A therapist focuses more on the past and helps you process why you feel stuck. Both roles can complement each other and offer valuable support in different ways.

I often support clients who are also working with healthcare providers by helping them apply treatment recommendations in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and doable in everyday life, especially when stress, burnout, or stress-related eating get in the way.

  • Health coaching might be right for you if you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in habits that no longer serve you, like stress eating, overworking, or running on empty. If you want to feel more grounded, improve your relationship with food, or find a healthier balance in your life, coaching can offer the support and structure to help you move forward.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. If you're ready to explore new ways to take care of yourself, reconnect with your body, and create sustainable changes that fit into your real life, health coaching can meet you right where you are.

  • That’s more common than you might think. It often means the approach didn’t fit your life or didn’t get to the heart of what was making change hard. In coaching, we explore what’s getting in the way and create practical strategies and tools that support lasting change. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about finding what truly works for you.

  • The right package depends on your goals, your schedule, and how much support feels right for you. During our complimentary consultation, we’ll talk through what you’re looking for and explore the options together. I’ll help you understand what each package offers so you can choose what feels like the best fit. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and confident in your decision.

  • Coaching fees vary based on the package you choose and the level of support you want. Investing in your well-being is a personal decision, and I’m here to help you find a coaching option that feels like the right fit for both your goals and budget.

  • Yes, absolutely! While I specialize in supporting people through stress and burnout my coaching takes a holistic approach to overall health and wellness. We explore core areas like resilience, environment, physical activity, nutrition, sleep, spirituality, and relationships because everything is connected. Together we create personalized strategies that support your whole well-being and help you thrive in all parts of life.

  • Coaching sessions are currently held remotely through secure video calls. This offers flexibility and makes it easier to fit into your schedule without adding extra travel time.

  • Chronic stress and burnout build up over time, and it takes time to unwind them. Coaching works best as a process. Single sessions don’t allow space to peel back the layers, explore what’s really going on, or test out what works for you. Committing to a series of sessions helps create meaningful change while also offering support and accountability along the way.

That said, once you’ve completed a full coaching program, maintenance sessions are available to help you stay on track and navigate challenges as they come up.

  • Come prepared to be curious and have fun experimenting. This allows you to get to know yourself while learning what works best for you.
